Your First Visit
Your first visit with us will be all about our team getting to know you so we can best serve your needs. After being greeted at the front desk, you’ll be escorted to a treatment room where one of our dentists will ask you a few basic questions. This allows us to get to know you better as well as figure out what you hope to accomplish by going to the dentist. We won’t simply tell you what you need or pressure you to get any treatments. You’ll be in charge from day one, and we’ll give you all the information you need to make confident and well-informed decisions about your dental care.
Patient Forms
To help you save time, you now have the option to fill out our patient forms before you walk through our doors! Check out our convenient patient portal and submit all of your information in the comfort of your own home and on your own schedule. When the day of your visit arrives, we can expedite the check-in process for a smoother, faster appointment overall. Dental Insurance
Lakewood Complete Dentistry is proud to be in-network with Delta Premier as well as an umbrella plan. We gladly accept other out-of-network plans from a long list of providers, and we’ll be sure to help you through the claims process to ensure you’re maximizing your benefits at every visit. Some of these include GEHA, Cigna (depending on the plan), Guardian, BCBS Federal, and many more.
